Terms and Conditions — Super Aces Philippines

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing superaces.best, creating a player account, or placing a bet or wager through any game or product offered on the Super Aces platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to every service offered by Super Aces, including but not limited to: the online casino (slots, live tables, jackpots), sports betting (NBA and MMA), Pusoy, Color Game, Bingo, Fishing Games, and any promotional or bonus products. They apply whether you access the platform through a mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other supported interface.

If you are accessing Super Aces on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms and that both you and the person you represent accept them fully. Super Aces reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The Super Aces platform is strictly for adult users. You must meet all of the following requirements to register and play:

• You are at least 21 years of age — the legal minimum gambling age in the Philippines.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or under any court order prohibiting you from gambling.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or family member of an employee of Super Aces or its licensed technology partners.
• You are opening an account solely for your own personal use and entertainment, not on behalf of any third party.

Super Aces will take all reasonable steps to verify age and identity. If at any point we determine that a player does not meet eligibility requirements, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any balances pending investigation, subject to applicable regulations.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on Super Aces. Creating duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, as well as potential forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the sign-up process.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential.
• Notify Super Aces immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

Super Aces may require identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, payment method verification) before processing withdrawals or at any point we deem necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

You may close your Super Aces account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with normal withdrawal procedures. Account closure does not release you from any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to closure.

04 Deposits & Payments

Super Aces accepts deposits via the following Philippine-local payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level.
• All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Super Aces does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside our control.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Super Aces wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Super Aces is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems.
• All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱, PHP).

If a deposit is credited to your account in error, you are obligated to notify Super Aces immediately. Using funds that were credited in error constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the recovery of the full amount plus applicable costs.

05 Withdrawals

Super Aces is committed to processing withdrawals as quickly as possible. Most requests submitted during standard operating hours are processed within a few hours. Withdrawal timelines depend on your chosen payment method and our verification requirements at the time of request.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the account used for your deposit, where applicable.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter at Super Aces' discretion.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. See Section 6.
• Super Aces reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.

Super Aces will not charge a fee on standard withdrawals. If a payment provider charges a transaction fee on their end, this is outside Super Aces' control and will be reflected in the net amount received.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Super Aces offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and leaderboard prizes. All bonuses are subject to these general terms plus any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance. They become real-money funds once applicable wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated in its individual terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are listed on each promotion's terms page.
• Super Aces reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through hedging, arbitrage, or multi-accounting will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

If you do not wish to accept a bonus, you can opt out before claiming it by contacting Super Aces support. Once bonus funds have been used to place wagers, the bonus cannot be reversed.

07 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on Super Aces — including but not limited to live casino tables, slot machines, Color Game, Pusoy, Bingo, Fishing Games, NBA Betting, and MMA Betting — are governed by specific game rules displayed within each game interface. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Super Aces cannot reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of demonstrated technical error.
• Winnings are credited to your wallet immediately upon game result confirmation.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection mid-round, Super Aces will attempt to restore the game state. If restoration is not possible, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• For sports betting, Super Aces reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, event cancellations, or rule violations by the participant.
• Super Aces may impose maximum bet limits, winning limits, or game-specific restrictions at its discretion and without prior notice.

All RNG-based game outcomes are generated by certified random number generators and are not manipulated by Super Aces or any third party. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by professional dealers in supervised studio environments.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Super Aces platform. Violation of any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, referral to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or place bets.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including but not limited to live table games and Pusoy.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Creating multiple accounts, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing Super Aces staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to access parts of the Super Aces system you are not authorized to access.

09 Privacy & Data Use

Super Aces collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

We collect the information necessary to operate the platform, process payments, verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your gameplay data, transaction history, and account information are stored securely and used to improve platform performance, investigate disputes, comply with regulatory requirements, and detect and prevent fraud. You have rights to access, correct, and in certain circumstances delete your personal data — details are in our Privacy Policy.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Super Aces provides deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options in every player account.

11 Limitation of Liability

Super Aces provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Super Aces' liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Super Aces is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from player decisions, including any betting strategy adopted.
• Third-party payment delays or failures outside Super Aces' direct control.
• Platform downtime caused by internet infrastructure issues, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance.
• Unauthorized access to a player account due to the player's failure to secure their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Super Aces' liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Super Aces reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify active players via the email address registered to their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the Super Aces platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and may close your account.
